VABN University offers a 30-day, engagement-based money-back guarantee designed to ensure students give the program a genuine and fair evaluation.

This guarantee applies only when the eligibility requirements outlined below are met.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, students must meet all of the following conditions:

1. Attendance Requirement

Students must attend the very first two (2) live cohort sessions.

2. Refund Request Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the original enrollment date.

3. Physical Materials Requirement

All physical materials provided as part of VABN University enrollment must be returned, including:

a)The VABN comprehensive workbook.
b)The VA Compensation Blueprint book by Dewayne Kimble

Returned materials must be shipped within fourteen (14) days of the refund request.

4. Condition of Materials

Returned materials must be in reasonable condition, defined as free from significant damage such as torn pages, missing sections, or water damage.
Normal use, including highlighting and handwritten notes, is acceptable.

Materials Retention Option

Students may choose to retain all physical materials instead of returning them.

If this option is selected, a $50 materials retention fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee reflects the cost of printing, fulfillment, and replacement of physical program materials.

If physical materials are not returned within fourteen (14) days of the refund request and no prior selection is made, the materials retention fee will be automatically applied to the refund.

Partial returns are not accepted. The materials retention option applies to all physical materials provided as part of enrollment.

Refund Processing & Access Revocation

a) Refunds are processed within five to seven (5–7) business days after returned materials are received or the materials retention fee is applied.

b) Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

c) Upon issuance of a refund, all access to VABN University is permanently revoked, including:

Live sessions

Session recordings

Digital training materials

Community access and bonuses

Important Program Terms

a) One Refund Per Customer
Refund eligibility is limited to one refund per customer, regardless of future enrollments.

b) Return Shipping
Students are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved in writing.

c) Non-Refundable Items
Digital materials accessed during the guarantee period, bonuses, and any third-party services are non-refundable.

d) Chargebacks
Customers who initiate a chargeback instead of following the published refund process forfeit refund eligibility and may be permanently banned from future programs.

e) Abuse Prevention
VABN University reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, misrepresentation, or violation of program terms.

f) Exceptions
Limited exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of VABN University for documented extenuating circumstances, including medical emergencies or active-duty military deployment. Exceptions are not guaranteed.

Q) What if I miss one of the first two sessions due to work, deployment, or an emergency?
A) If you are unable to attend one of the first two sessions, contact support immediately. At our discretion, we may offer a transfer to a future cohort. Refund eligibility requires attendance at both initial sessions.

Q) Can I request a refund after 30 days?
A) No. After thirty (30) days from enrollment, the program is considered final.
